AZEvents.io is a software platform that enables event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets/registrations for their events. Unless expressly stated, AZEvents.io is not the event organizer. Refund decisions for tickets and registrations are made by the respective event organizer, not by AZEvents.io.
Each event may have its own refund policy set by the organizer. Before purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, please review the organizer’s stated terms. Organizers are solely responsible for honoring their refund policies.
To request a refund, please contact the event organizer directlyusing the details provided in your ticket/registration confirmation. AZEvents.io will assist in facilitating communications between attendees and organizers where necessary but cannot guarantee refunds on behalf of organizers.
